Thomas North

Passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015, in Carbonear, Thomas Leo North, formerly of Bay de Verde, aged 94 years. Predeceased by his parents, Andrew and Mary North; wife, Alice; sons: Tommy, Gerard and Brendan (Cathy) North. Leaving to mourn, sons: John (Kathleen, deceased), St. John's, Mike (Theresa), Ochre Pit Cove, and Ed (Diane), Corner Brook; sister-in-law, Theresa Bradshaw, Ontario; eight grandchildren: Allison (Chad), Chris, John (Diedre), Steven (Robyn), Brett (Cavell), Chad (Andrea), Quinn (Mary Lynn), and Danielle (Lou); ten great grandchildren; as well as an extended circle of family and friends. Visitation Tuesday, August 4, 2015 at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican, from 10:00am. to 9:00pm. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2015 at 10:30am. from the Parish of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Bay de Verde. Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bay de Verde. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made in Thomas' memory to the Roman Catholic Cemetery Fund, Bay de Verde.
