Corey Eddy

Passed away suddenly on Cougar Flight 491 on March 12, 2009, Corey Stephen Eddy, 32, of Paradise (formerly of Sibley's Cove). He leaves to mourn, his wife, Karen (nee Cooper) and precious son Lucas; parents: Stephen and Carol Eddy; brother, Rodney (Michelle) and grandparents: Sterling & Elizabeth Hopkins. Also leaving to mourn, parents-in-law: Howard & Christine Cooper; sisters-in-law: Joanne (Shawn) Kelly and Julie (Rodney) Marsh; grandmother-in-law, Nina Cooper and nephews: Matthew, Andrew and Owen. In addition, Corey leaves a large circle of extended family and friends. Rested at Hopkins Funeral Home, Old Perlican. The funeral service took place on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at 2 p.m. from Bethel United Church and Cemetery, Sibley's Cove with Rev. Brian Hannon, Rev. Jesse Bown and Rev. Elsie Squires officiating.
