Reagan was a special sort. An old soul in a young body he made time for everyone, had a smile for all he met and a kind word or deed to offer. He was as loved as he was loving. In his short life he made an impact on all he met. He loved his work as an aspiring funeral director/embalmer, having almost completed his program. He loved boats and trucks and strove to involve himself in any activity revolving around them. Reagan loved animals, being outdoors, road trips, treating others, and dearly loved making people happy. He was happiest on the wharf, on a trail in his side by side, working or just hanging out. He surrounded himself with wonderful friends and would do anything he could for them. He loved being a chauffeur, whether it was transporting a crew to offload a boat, running errands for shut ins, driving his father on a Sunday drive or working on a call with his mother. His time in this world was short but meaningful. He made the most of everything he did. He made his life count. He loved to laugh, make people happy, sing his loudest, and dance regardless of who was watching. He had joined his church's Men's Fellowship within the past two years becoming their junior by generations, infusing so much youth into their ministry. With them he loved to sing and make every moment enjoyable whether it was serving meals, washing dishes, greeting visitors or offering to waltz a toe tapping senior during an outreach worship service. His mark on this world was something else. He is by far one of our biggest and brightest stars.
Special thanks to all who cared for him and touched his life.
A special thank you to the paramedics who came to his aid, the fire fighters who responded to help get his 6'8" frame out of his home into the ambulance and the doctors and nurses of Wilkinson Memorial, Old Perlican who tried so hard and for so long to bring him back to us.
