Passed suddenly away at the Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican on Sunday, July 6, 2025, Genevieve (Gen) Hatch of Red Head Cove, aged 62 years.

Predeceased by parents, Ronald and Kathleen Hatch; sister, Juanita; grandparents: Leo and Josephine Hatch and Alice and Vincent Layman.

Leaving to mourn: sisters, Brenda (Gary) Hurrell, and Maxine (Ken) Hatch; brothers, Warren (Beth) Hatch and Rodney (Michelle) Hatch;
nephews and nieces: Gregory (Kim) Hurrell, Ashley (Adam) Kehoe, Jenna (Jack) Rice, Wendy (Sam) Boulet, Justin (Sarah) Hatch, Colin (Natalie) Hurrell, Ryan (Vicki) Hatch, Jessica (Lance) Hryhorak, Jordan Hatch, Ashton (Mya) Hatch and Alisha Hatch; great nephews and great nieces; aunts and uncles; and a large number of family and friends.

Cremation has taken place.
Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 2:00 pm. to 5:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at 11:00 am. at Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican.
Interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
