Patricia Regina Cooper
1946-2025

Sadly, on the 2nd day of January, 2025, my mother, Patricia Regina
Cooper, passed away peacefully at the London Health Science Centre,
London, Ontario, after a long battle with kidney disease.
She was born on February 28, 1946 in Corner Brook, NL the first of 4 children to Leo Kinsella (1915-1998) and Ann Kinsella (1918-1986).
Her family moved to Bay de Verde around 1950 where she did her schooling and eventually started work at Quinlan Brothers' Fisheries. My father (Mark Walsh) and my mother chose to move to Toronto in 1973 where there were greater opportunities for employment. She started working at Lipton's shortly there after in the payroll department where she eventually became the department manger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Winston Cooper; brother, Don Kinsella; and special cousin, Katie Green.
She is survived by her first husband, Mark Walsh; son, Randy Walsh (Nancy); granddaughter, Angela Walsh (Mac) ; step grandson, Nicholas Pasmore (Sasha); sisters, Carol Blundon (Alfred) and Lynn Leroux (Wayne); niece, Melissa Blundon (Cory); nephew, Jason Leroux; special cousin from Boston, Leo Green; plus other nieces, nephews, many cousins, and friends.
Visitation on Saturday, July 12, 2025 11:00 am. to 1:00 pm. at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican.
Celebration of life funeral service to take place immediately after at Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican with interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
