Edward Blundon

It is with heavy hearts, that we, the family, announce the sudden passing of Edward (Ed) Newman Blundon, at his home in Bay de Verde on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, aged 89 years.

Predeceased by his parents, Edward and Margaret Blundon; brothers: Mose (Eliza), Gordon (Madeline), and Clayton; sisters: Bride, Ann (Bob), and Donna.

Leaving to mourn are his brothers, Ern (Joan), and Alfred (Carol); sister-in-law, Judy; brother-in-law, Ron; a large number of nieces and nephews; extended family and circle of friends.
At this time we would like to thank the Bay de Verde Volunteer Fire Department and the Old Perlican Ambulance Service. A special thank you is also extended to his neighbour, Michael (Mick) Noonan.

Cremation has taken place.
Visitation on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican.
Funeral service to take place at 2:00 pm. at Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican on Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
Interment to follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Bay de Verde.
