Judith North

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judith Elizabeth North (Judy) our dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend on July 21, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loving children. Predeceased by her parents, Clarence and Margaret North; sisters, Louise Walsh and Rosie Cotter; brother-in-law, Billy Cotter.
Leaving to celebrate her life with cherished memories are her children: Tonya (Neil), Robin, and Sandi (Jonathan);
partner, Bill Meehan; grandchildren, Paytience and William;
sisters: Florence Manning (Raymond), Marina Doyle (Edmond) and Lorraine Manning (Fergus); brother, Clarence North (Sandy); brother-in-law, Linus Walsh;
nieces, nephews, extended family and large circle of friends.
Our mom, Judy, was resilient, supportive, and independent and she faced every situation with a fierce determination.
She was kind and thoughtful and held a special place in the hearts of so many people. She will always be remembered for her quick wit and her unconditional love for her family.

Cremation has taken place at Judy's request.
Visitation will be held at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Sunday, July 25, 2021, 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and on Monday, July 26, 2021, 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm. in accordance with COVID 19 protocol and restrictions.
Funeral service will take place on Monday, July 26, 2021 2:00 pm. at Assumption Parish Roman Catholic Church, Bay de Verde in accordance with COVID 19 protocol and restrictions. To attend, please register with Juanita at 709 746-0147.
As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Judy's memory.
