Passed peacefully away at the A. A. Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican on January 17, 2019, Lester Hopkins of Brownsdale, aged 93 years.
Predeceased by wife, Minnie (Pike); infant son, Teddy; son, Carl; brothers: Jabez, Selbey and Harvey.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his daughters, Donna and Linda (Eric); son, Bob (Debbie); daughter-in-law, Isabelle; grandchildren: Michelle Bursey, Chris Bursey, Lori (Ray) Snow, Robert (Michelle) Tuck, Kelly Hopkins (Jim McGrath), Adam Hopkins and Daniel Hopkins; great grandchildren: Evie Snow, Keira Tuck and Carter McGrath; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Saturday, January 19, 2019 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. and on Sunday, January 20, 2019 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm.
Funeral service to take place on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 2:00 pm. from Brownsdale United Church, Brownsdale. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Brownsdale. No flowers by request.
