Mary Hopkins

Passed peacefully away on December 6, 2018 in the presence of her loving family, at the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear, Mary Hopkins of Brownsdale, aged 90 years. Predeceased by husband, Fred; father, Rueben Pike; mother, Annie Beckett; and step father, James Beckett. Leaving to mourn daughter, Judy King (Clarence); grandchildren, Amy Sheppard (Tim) and Roger King (Desiree); great granddaughters and the joy of her life, Kailey and Leigha Sheppard; as well as a large circle of family and friends. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican, on Saturday, December 8, 2018, 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at 2:30 pm. from the United Church, Brownsdale. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Brownsdale. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations may be made in Mary's memory to the United Church Cemetery Fund, Brownsdale.
