Eileen Hopkins

Passed peacefully away, surrounded by her loving family, at the age of 71 years, Eileen Hopkins (nee Barrett) of Old Perlican, NL. Predeceased by father, Fred Barrett; parents-in-law, Josie and Wilfred Hopkins; sister-in-law, Peggy Barrett. Leaving with loving memories; husband, Jim; children: Michelle (Tony), Dean (Penny) and Darrell (Kerry); grandchildren: Cameron Loveys, Jordan Hopkins and Jack Hopkins; loving mother, Rhoda Barrett; sister, Doreen (Harold); brother, Charlie; and a circle of extended family and friends. The family thanks the caring nurses at Carbonear General Hospital for all their support. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Monday, March 26, 2018 3:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm., Tuesday, March 27, 2018 2:00 pm. to 4:00 pm. and 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm. from St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Old Perlican.
