Stella Button

Stella Elizabeth Button (Bursey) passed peacefully away on March 9, 2018 with her family by her side. Predeceased by her son, Richard Alexander Keith; husband, Garland; parents, Richard and Alma Bursey; sister, Lila; brothers: Reg., Leswere and Roy. Leaving to mourn sons: Derek (Patti), Garland (Michelle) and Glenn (Stephanie); daughters, Wendy (Paul Hindy) and Jennifer (Darrin Legge); grandchildren: Brandon Hindy, Steven and Adam Button, Alicia and Ben Button, Ashley, Ethan and Kiera Legge; Tia Button and Aaron Thorne; brothers, Len and Rol; sister, Sandra; and a large circle of extended family and friends. Stella enjoyed a wonderful life, made very special by her unconditional love for her family and she will be sadly missed. Cremation has taken place. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Sunday, March 11, 2018 7:00 pm. to 9:00 pm. and on Monday, March 12, 2018 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Monday, March 12, 2018 at 2:00 pm. from St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Old Perlican. As an expression of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stella's memory to St. Andrew's By The Sea United Church, Old Perlican.
