Jennie Bursey

Passed peacefully away in the presence of her family at the Wilkinson Memorial Health Centre, Old Perlican, Jennie (Mills) Bursey of Sibley's Cove, formerly of New Melbourne, aged 94 years. Predeceased by husband, Lionel; parents, James and Sarah Mills; brother, William Mills; son-in-law, William Riggs. Leaving to mourn, daughter, Ruth; sons, Don (Marjorie) and Kevin; step son, Calvin; grandchildren: Louise Hopkins (Gary), Jim Riggs (Francie), Lorne Riggs (Tammy) and Stephen Bursey (Amy); seven great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; very special friend for the past six months, Marion Hopkins; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican with visitation Monday, September 18, 2017, 10:00 am. to 9:00 pm. and Tuesday, September 19, 2017, 10:00 am. to 12:00 pm. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at 2:00 pm. from Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican. Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, New Melbourne.
