Passed away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, September 9, 2015, Stanley James Bursey, originally of Old Perlican, aged 66 years. Predeceased by his parents, Hayward and Evelyn Bursey; brother, Garfield. Leaving to mourn, daughter, Michelle, Ottawa; son, Christopher, Brownsdale; brothers: Leslie (Annie), Mount Pearl, Leon, St. John's, Rodger (Pauline), Old Perlican; sister, Lois (Tony) Royal, Old Perlican; sister-in-law, Daphne, Old Perlican; as well as a number of nieces, nephews, and an extended circle of family and friends. Cremation has already taken place. Visitation at Hopkins' Funeral Home, Old Perlican on Monday, September 14, 2015, from 1:00pm. to 9:00pm. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 @ 11:00am. from Hopkins' Funeral Home Chapel, Old Perlican. Inurnment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, Old Perlican.
